Return Policy
We are happy to offer free returns and exchanges as long as you are within 90 days of the date of original purchase and you have purchased in the U.S. We do not offer free international returns at this time.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return/exchange:

Any items with the matchbook tag removed

Any item that has been washed or damaged by customer
Please also note that due to return abuse and fraudulent activity we are unable to allow more than one exchange per order at this time. Our team will also review all large returns manually prior to processing any refunds or exchanges.
